About me
Simon is a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Counselling Academic Tutor who works primarily with adults and young adults. He supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, cancer-related challenges, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Simon holds two postgraduate degrees in Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked across Alcohol and Other Drugs services and mental health settings.
His approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with a strong focus on safety, insight, and achievable strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. Drawing on a range of evidence-informed modalities, Simon tailors therapy to each individual while helping clients build self-compassion, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
