Relationship / Marriage Counselling

The aim of relationship counselling is to make positive, lasting changes to your relationship.  We are social creatures and have an innate need to belong, being in a relationship can have positive effects on our sense of well-being. A healthy relationship can increase our lifespan and reduce the chances of us suffering from physical, emotional and mental health issues. When relationships go through rough patches, experience significant stressors or changes it can cause communication and connection to break down.  An unhealthy relationship significantly impacts the well-being of both partners such as their self-esteem and other health issues.

How does relationship counselling work?

If you are in an unhealthy relationship or your relationship is struggling for any reason - counselling can help.
