Rae is a registered counsellor with experience as a therapist and trainer. Utilising a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Relationship Therapy, Rae is able to tailor her approach while bringing warmth and compassion to each session

Rae brings extensive experience to her private practice, having worked with adults, adolescents, families and couples with experience in a variety of not-for-profit and private sectors including crisis mental health services, phone and face to face counselling. Rae has a special interest in assisting people experiencing relationship difficulties, communication difficulties, grief, loss and trauma and assisting with day-to-day challenges.

Vanessa has seven years of counselling experience supporting young people and adults with challenging life situations and mental illness. Vanessa has worked across various services focusing on Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Suicide Prevention, Bereavement and Grief Support.  Vanessa has worked worked with adolescents and adults who face challenges in their life to live a full and enriched life.


Vanessa has a friendly, welcoming, non-judgemental, open approach embracing life for all its highs and lows. She uses a variety of techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology using a client centred approach and Christian Counselling.
